LOYDMAX was authorized by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission to act as a Money Market Fund on August 20th, 1990, under authorization number DGDAC-091-8141, and it was incorporated through Charter number 35,753, issued by Public Notary No. 223 of Mexico City, Rosamaría López Lugo, on March 13, 2000; and registered under Inscription number 260,105 of the Public Registry of Commerce of Mexico City on April 17, 2000.
